PART 1

WHERE COULD THEY GO?

AS YOU CONSIDER THIS, KEEP IN MIND THAT…
Among the countries that persecuted, deported or blocked Jews from immigrating in the 1930’s and 1940’s were Australia, Britain, Canada, France, Switzerland, the Soviet Union and the United States.

The United States Refused Asylum for Jews?
One example is the MS St. Louis, carrying 937 Jewish refugees fleeing Nazi Germany, which was denied entry to the United States in June 1939 after attempting to dock near Miami.

They had been turned away from Cuba and were seeking asylum, but were refused landing by U.S. immigration authorities due to existing immigration quotas and fears that they might be Nazi spies.

Despite desperate appeals, including a cable to President Roosevelt, the U.S. government upheld its policy, forcing the ship to return to Europe.

254 of them were later killed during the Holocaust.

In June 1939, the MS St. Louis was also turned away from Canada.

Note About Realities of Past Immigration Rules
At that time, the combined quotas for German and Austrian immigrants totaled only 27,370 for German citizens.

Despite the quota allowing for 27,370, only about 20,000 of the more than 300,000 applicants were approved.

NOTE
U.S. Immigration Financial Requirements
U.S. immigration laws have long included requirements related to financial self-sufficiency.

In fact, a key component of the family-based immigration system is the affidavit of support, in which a sponsor must meet minimum income requirements and agree to be financially responsible for the sponsored family member upon arrival or adjustment to lawful permanent resident (LPR) status.

This requirement ensures that the immigrant will not become primarily dependent on the government for subsistence.

The underlying principle of requiring financial stability or means to earn a living has been a consistent feature of U.S. immigration law, particularly in family-sponsored immigration and public charge determinations.

The United States has never allowed any legalities of allowing millions of people to immigrate with no financial ability to be a productive citizen.

The point has always been to prevent allowing people to enter who would require financial assistance or any type of welfare benefits, no matter how anyone can attempt to glorify a poem on the Statue of Liberty (which came from France, not from Americans) that was written by a Socialist.

If anyone tries to argue about that, know that they have not researched properly, so they’re opinion is meaningless.

Liberating the Jews from Concentration Camps

At the end of WWII, the United States and Russia separately sent soldiers to the concentration camps to get the scientists and engineers for their own purposes, not to rescue Jews as humanitarian missions.

By witness accounts of American soldiers there at the time, so many soldiers saw the condition of the Jewish concentration camp survivors and heard their accounts that the U.S. government had no choice but to fully liberate the camps.

U.S. Administrations’ Treatment of Israel

President Nixon, President Reagan and President Trump all helped Israel massively.

Nixon, what did he do?

Here’s an interesting quip about that.

The Yom Kippur War in October 1973 was a coordinated surprise attack by Egypt and Syria on Israel on their holiest day of the year when most people, including soldiers were in synagogues.

The situation became dire, with Israel facing overwhelming odds and rapidly depleting arms supplies; the cabinet was even considering trying to recover in exile.

As Israel quickly became overwhelmed, Prime Minister Golda Meir called U.S. President Richard Nixon at 3 a.m. to plead for military assistance.

Nixon, who had been raised as a Quaker, later said that he had recalled a promise his mother, Hannah Milhous Nixon, had instilled in him during childhood: that one day he would be in a position to help save the Jewish people, and he must do everything in his power to help when that moment came.

He said that as he sat on the Presidential bed, he could almost hear his mother’s voice urging him to act as he listened to Golda’s plea.

Despite opposition from some of his advisors, including Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, who suggested, “Let them bleed a little first,” Nixon authorized the largest military resupply airlift since WWII.

President Nixon gave urgent orders to deliver military aid, famously stating, “You get the stuff to Israel. Now. Now.”

This resupply, known as Operation Nickel Grass, involved over 500 airlift missions delivering more than 22,000 tons of munitions and equipment, along with additional supplies transported by sea.

The aid was critical in turning the tide of the war in Israel’s favor. Meir remained deeply grateful, referring to Nixon as “my president” for the rest of her life and calling the American airlift “the miracle of the immense planes from the United States bringing in the material that meant life to our people.”

Sadly, other than those three Presidents, most presidents up to recent years have either acted evil towards or, at best, earned America the dubious notoriety of:
“The U.S. is Israel’s best friend… when they have no other choice.”

You can read the horrible real-life consequences that have stricken America in the same hour or within 24 hours of U.S. presidents’ attempts to force Israel to “submit to Muslim tantrums and demands” by giving away God’s Land in exchange for “supposed peace” in the region.
